Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund.

2. Partial Refund

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

3. No Refund

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Date Changes

• Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before check-in.

• Rate differences may apply.

6. Force Majeure

• In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or unavoidable emergencies, we will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
